Entrepreneurship is a skill that can be learnt. It´s not necessary to be an entrepreneur since you were a child to run a successful business. An entrepreneurial mindset and skills can be developed or improved.
One of the first steps in the framework of the project including in the Intellectual Output 1 is to take a general overview about entrepreneurship in each partners region.
For this purpose, each partner is creating a study with young entrepreneurs throw little surveys or working with them in small focus groups. This study includes a view of the business environment, several questions to create a map of the most important entrepreneurship skills (between them persistence, collaboration, creativity or leadership can be found), interesting tools or methods to develop the that skills or to take into account some support for young entrepreneurs.
