The JOURNEY to Rural Development and European Union!
Rural Development and Agribusiness – the name can motivate you to take a 2-years long journey to a Master’s degree program in a town half an hour away from Budapest. Studying in Hungary changed perspectives quite a lot. Got a chance to experience “Learning by Doing” non-formal education method in a university life. Also the program taught the current problems and potential solutions of sustainable development and rural regions. But the journey did not end up when we threw the hats in our graduation ceremony. Our countries need innovative solutions to reduce the level of youth unemployment in rural areas and develop entrepreneurial potential in the green economy for a sustainable development. That is exactly why my next JOURNEY (“Joint Organization to Unite Rural Networks of Entrepreneurial Youth”) proposes an innovative approach in the field of entrepreneurial potential development in rural youth of the EaP countries participating in the project: Azerbaijan, Georgia and Ukraine
JOURNEY includes the partnership of 8 organizations, the countries of the European Union (Italy, France and Poland), and the EaP countries mentioned above experienced in international youth projects related to entrepreneurship education and skills. In the long run it will help bring the partner EaP countries to a new level of economic relations with the European Union and will facilitate future European integration of these countries.
