In today’s world and as several studies confirmed, soft skills are increasingly important. Soft skills most of times are intangible and they are more about intuition, attitude or abilities; and they allow to share ideas, connect with others such as clients, partners or customers.
Definitely, soft skills will help entrepreneurs to achieve success with their business ideas, but what are these skills?
During this project, we have already identified some of them and we are working on methodologies and dynamics to reach them and help our entrepreneurs.
Meanwhile, in this study created by Youth Business International (ybi)“Entrepreneurial soft skills for the future” you could pick up some ideas about building soft skills or even what soft skills entrepreneurs need now and in the future.
